“ĐÒN BẨY” – LEVERAGE – Hiểu như thế nào cho đúng??
Xin chào mọi người,
Thấy nhiều bạn học viên giải thích cách hiểu của từ đòn bẩy còn mơ hồ quá, hôm nay mình quyết định làm 1 bài giải thích khái niệm này.
Trước đây, khi mới tiếp xúc với khái niệm đó, Hannah được đọc một cuốn sách có tên là “Ngụ ngôn đường ống dẫn”, bạn phải quyết định bạn là người xách nước hay là xây đường ống. Nếu bạn chọn xách nước thì bạn phải xách nước đến hết cuộc đời, không xách là không có nước và không có thu nhập nữa
Nếu bạn chọn cách xây đường ống, là bạn chọn cách đòn bẩy tài chính và thu nhập của mình. Để bạn có nguồn nước chảy về thụ động (chính là nguồn tiền, nguồn thu nhập thụ động), nước chảy về khi bạn ngủ, bạn ăn, bạn nghỉ ngơi.
Đòn bẩy tài chính chính là mình sử dụng công cụ đòn bẩy để không phải đánh đổi thời gian mang lại thu nhập mỗi ngày mỗi tháng, mà là làm thế nào để mình làm ít hơn, nhưng cách làm thông minh hơn,mang lại thu nhập nhiều hơn. (trong tiếng anh người ta gọi là work smarter, not harder: làm việc thông minh hơn, chứ không phải làm việc vất vả hơn)
Đòn bẩy là sức mạnh, giúp mọi người bỏ ít công sức ra để làm việc nhưng lại có thu nhập và có thời gian nhiều hơn gấp 9 lần người khác. Những người đứng ở nửa bên trái của KIm Tứ Đồ là những người biết sử dụng công cụ đòn bẩy hiệu quả. Đó cũng là quy luật 80/20: 20% công sức bỏ ra làm việc mang lại 80% thu nhập.
Nhưng nếu ko biết cách work smarter, mọi người sẽ chìm đắm trong công thức 80/20 ngược: đó là 80% công sức bỏ ra làm việc chỉ mang lại 20% thu nhập mà thôi. (thật đáng sợ phải không -> đó là sự thực của những người đứng ở góc phần tư thứ nhất của Kim Tứ Đồ đó -> làm employees)

Tại sao lại là giao thông? Giao thông thì liên quan gì đến business và online business.
🔻Ví dụ thế này: Khi mọi người muốn mở 1 quán cà phê, dĩ nhiên, ở vị trí là chủ quán cà phê bạn luôn muốn tìm một địa điểm đông người qua lại, giao thông tấp nập chứ chẳng dại gì mà mở quán cà phê ở giữa một sa mạc được.
🔻Thế thì đối với Online Business thì mọi người có thể hiểu là LƯU LƯỢNG TRUY CẬP nhé.
🔻Conversions: sự chuyển đổi
Conversions rate: tỉ lệ chuyển đổi
Highest conversions rate: tỉ lệ chuyển đổi cao nhất
🔻Tiếp ví dụ trên nhé: Cửa hàng của bạn cần phải có sự trang trí bắt mắt, không gian phù hợp với đối tượng khách hàng mà bạn muốn bán. Có nhân viên bảo vệ trông dữ và dắt xe cẩn thận, phục vụ thân thiện và dịch vụ tốt. Như thế thì cửa hàng của bạn mới thu hút được nhiều người đến.
🔻Đối với lĩnh vực online business thì khi một người truy cập vào trang web của bạn (đang là traffic này), bạn cho họ một thứ gì đó miễn phí (ví dụ ebook, video, …) và họ cần phải để lại tên + email để nhận món quà đó miễn phí. Thế là họ trở thành conversions cho doanh nghiệp Online của bạn rồi. 
🔻Lúc này họ được coi là leads, chưa phải customers (khách hàng).
Nếu bạn cho họ đúng thứ họ cần thì conversions rate sẽ rất lớn và tỷ lệ bạn bán được hàng càng cao.
🔻Economics: Tính kinh tế, lợi nhuận
Làm kinh doanh mà không tính kỹ đến tính kinh tế và lợi nhuận thì doanh nghiệp sẽ bị phá sản
🔻Là chủ quán cà phê, bạn cần tính được chí phí thuê cửa hàng, thuê nhân viên, mua nguyên liệu… để cân nhắc giá bán bao nhiêu cho có lợi nhuận. Lợi nhuận = Doanh thu – chi phí
🔻Đối với doanh nghiệp online, bạn cần phải tính toán chi phí quảng cáo, chí phí tạo ra sản phẩm, …. để cân nhắc giá bán
🔻Sales: hàng bán được.
Khái nhiệm Sales thì quá rõ sàng rồi, ai cũng biết.
🔻Muốn có sales và có lợi nhuận thì phải có đủ 3 yếu tố Traffic, Conversions và Economics

- What is a sales funnel? => A sales funnel (also known as a “customer acquisition process”) is the series of steps a business has in place to convert leads or prospects into clients.
- What is the difference between front-end products and back-end products? Where are the majority of your profits made? => “Front-end” products are inexpensive and presented with a low-risk offer, used to acquire customers. I collected 100 customers – total click: 1000 you’re paying $0.1 per click and sell an average of 10 courses per 1000 clicks (20$/course)- My earnings after deducting my advertising costs is $100. So I was profitable. Moreover, I will earn more for back-end sales in the future.

What did you like most about Dale’s story? => Dale is 78 years old and has retired about 6-7 years ago.
